Meet Our Staff
Hardy L. Myers was born and raised in Beauregard Parish and has been in the funeral business since 1973. Over the years he has opened Funeral homes not only in DeRidder, LA, but also in his hometown of Merryville, LA and DeQuincy, LA. He has served the people of DeRidder and Beauregard Parish with a deep rooted love for the community and the people in it.
He has two children, Frind and his wife Laura and Jordan and her husband Ken. He is a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren, Carsten, Brooks, Rhett, Jude-Ashli, Allie, Jules and Caroline.

Jordan is the daughter of Hardy Myers and was raised in the funeral business. She is a graduate of Merryville High School, McNeese State University, & Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services. She has been a Licensed Funeral Director since 1998.
She and her husband Ken have three sons, Carsten, Brooks, & Rhett, and one daughter, Jude-Ashli. She and her family are members of Grace Church in DeRidder.
Jordan Myers Lukens

Mandy works full time for MCFH and a 2018 graduate of Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services. Her passion for funeral service comes from the sudden loss of her dad.
Mandy is married to Josh, a soldier in the US Army. They have three dogs, Zippy, Lily, and Truly. Mandy has lived in Texas, Hawaii, New Jersey, Kentucky, and Oklahoma in the last 24 years as an army wife.

Naomi is a graduate of Merryville High School. She has been with MCFH since August 2018 and is a Licensed Funeral Director.
She and her husband, Corey, have three children--Corbin, Sophie, & Jasper. Naomi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys fishing in her free time.

Jerry works full time as our Pre-Needs Specialist and assists with funerals. He has been with MCFH since October 2006.
Jerry has a daughter named Ashli and husband, Ryan Richard. He is also a Southern Gospel recording artist. His CD is available at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.

Donny is from Leesville, Louisiana and a graduate of Leesville High School. He is married to his wife, Jackie, and they have 6 children and 16 grandchildren. He is also a retired fire chief.
Donny has been a Funeral Assistant and Retort Crematory Operator at MCFH since April 2012

Misty Stark Barlow was born and raised in Merryville, LA and is a graduate of Merryville High School. She has been a part of the office staff at MCFH since October 2016.
Misty is married to her husband, Dalton. Between the two of them, they have 5 children: Anderson, Stormy, Coy, Keisha, and Chad. The also have 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Misty attends The River Church in Merryville, where she volunteers in the children's environment.

Colleen a.k.a. Dee Dufrene was born in Lake Charles and raised in Moss Bluff and Ragley, LA. She received her diploma and holds a nail extension and manicures license from the state of Florida. She has been on the office staff at MCFH since June 2018, and fills in for hostess.
Dee is married to Tim, and they are members of Palestine Baptist Church in Grant, LA. They have 3 girls among them, Candace, Anna, and Aron, along with 7 grandchildren.
Dee spends her time making special jewelry for families and loves all crafts, so she never runs out of things to do.

Cris has been with MCFH since 2007 as a visitation hostess for visitations held at the funeral home. She is married to her husband, Hank, and is a member of Grace Church in DeRidder where she serves on the usher/hostess team.
