Zerlene Denmond Johnson

Zerlene Denmond Johnson, 88, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, August 5, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Julius Johnson of Jamestown, LA, John Johnson of Livingston, TX and Gary Johnson of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Drenda Andrews & Oliver of DeFuniak Springs, FL; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Finis Johnson, Sr.; sons, Finis Johnson, Jr. and Kenneth Ray Johnson; parents, John and Emmalee Denmond.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at Walnut Grove Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  Brother Maurice Bynum will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
