Winston Cooper

Winston Berry Cooper, 81, of Leesville, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Allen Cooper and Kim of Leesville, LA, Shannon Cooper and Joyce “Sissy” of Leesville, LA; sister, Louise Foshee of Alexandria, LA; eight grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Cooper; parents, Mark and Vernie Cooper; brother, Thomas Cooper.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Jerry Twyman will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Casey Havens, Micah Havens, Josh Taylor, Seth Thibodeaux, Russell Wingate, Devon Lockhart. Burial will follow at Cryer Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
