Winnie Reeves Eaves, 73 of Merryville, LA passed from this life on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband: David Eaves of Merryville, LA: Son. Titus Tidwell and fiancé Tammy Welch of Reeves, LA. Daughter, Owena Wing and husband Eddie of Moss Bluff, LA. Stepson, Chad Eaves of Merryville, LA. Stepdaughter, Kristi Goodknight and husband Michael of Hawaii. 4 Grand children and 1 Great grandchild and 3 Step grand children. Brothers, L.J. Reeves and wife Aleta of Topsy, LA, and A.J. Reeves and wife Debbie of Topsy, LA. Sisters, Betty Alexander and husband George (Buddy) of Bridge City, TX, Annie Mae Chapman and husband Leonard of Topsy, LA, and Margaret Boudreaux and husband John of Bell City, LA.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Newton and Thelma Reeves and Nephew, Albert Lee Johns.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 3:00-9:00 PM at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Burial will follow in Cannon Cemetery, Merryville, LA. Rev. James Rider and Rev. Tim Mahoney will officiate.
