Wanda Lou Shirley Griffin

Wanda Lou Shirley Griffin, 85, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, May 23, 2021.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, James A. Griffin of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Karen Corrigan and Robert N. Corrigan, Jr. of Kenedy, TX; brother, Lewis Shirley and Chris of Metairie, LA; grandchildren, Rachel Schoenung and Matthew of San Antonio, TX; Taylor Munoz of Edinburg, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Griffin; parents, Burkitt and Hursell Shirley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Pastor George Lee Glass will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
