Virginia Holder

Virginia Holder, 80, of DeRidder, Louisiana, passed from this life on Sunday, April 22, 2012.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Edwin Holder of Humble, Texas and Ken Holder and wife Darla of Brookshire, Texas; daughters, Marilyn Adkinson and husband Grover of Tomball, Texas and Nelda Clemons and husband James of Shreveport, Louisiana, brother, John Lamar Christopher and wife Nell of Dry Creek, Louisiana; ten grandchildren, Edwin Blake Holder, Tanya Holder, Holly Holder, Teresa Baldauf, Jason Martin, Natalie Morgan, Fawna McKinley, Stephanie Pickett, Tiphanie Rivers and Jamie Maise and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 23, 2012 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 9:00am until time of service at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 3:00pm also at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Dry Creek, Louisiana.  Rev. Miller will officiate.
