Veronica Elizabeth Wilson

Veronica Elizabeth Wilson, 46, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at her home.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Emerick Wilson; mother, Rosie Jackson; father, Harold Porter Sr. and wife Diane; brother, Harold Porter Jr.; godchild, Kaydon Piper; and grandmother, Beatrice Acker all of DeRidder, LA.  She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Verda Mayes; uncles, Earnest Hayes and George Mayes; and godfather, Pastor, James Piper Jr.

Visitation and funeral service will be Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will begin at 12:00pm until time of service at 1:00pm.  Burial will follow at Community Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Rev. Ronald Jordan will officiate.
