Veronica Ann Beane Peavy

Veronica Ann Beane Peavy, 56, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, May, 21, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her spouse, Alton Peavy of Deridder, LA;  sons, Justin Maddox and Shyron of Grand Lake, LA and Craig Peavy and Robbie of Rosepine, LA; daughters; Alicia Beane of Merryville, LA, Candyce Rose Garcia of Bossier City, LA, Catrina Keller and Tony of Holly Lake Ranch, TX; mother, Mary Beane of Merryville, LA; brother, Richard Beane of Merryville, LA; ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren; her Christway Church family; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Beane; brother, Robbie Beane; grandmother, Elise Whiddon; grandfather, Edward Whiddon.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will continue at 8:00 AM on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Christway Church in DeRidder, LA until the time of service at 10:00 AM.  Pastor Vic Warrick and Pastor Larry Dickens will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Justin Maddox, Craig Peavy, Bushhog Hartsfield, Tony Keller, Derek Welch, and Laython Deason.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Aubrey DuBose II and Lance Grant. Burial will follow at Cypress Creek Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
