Theo Denmond

Minister Theo Denmond, Sr., 65, of Grand Prairie, TX, passed from this life on Friday, November 11, 2022.

Theo was a veteran of the US Army. He was a minister and graduated with a degree in Theology from Charles Mason Bible College in Houston, TX. His favorite bible verse was Romans 5:19 “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.” Minister Theo was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Theo Denmond of DeRidder, LA, Caywana Brown of DeRidder, LA, Derrick Brown and Jennifer of Jennings, LA, Ashley Medford and Randy of Grand Prairie, TX; siblings, Cora Mae Phillips of LaMarque, TX, Josie Lee Freeman of DeRidder, LA, Pastor Leverne Denmond and Loretha of Fresno, TX; thirteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Charmaine Denmond; daughter, Andrea Denmond; granddaughter, Kameron Brown; parents, Lether and Mattie Denmond; sisters, Melanie Ann Hall, Earlie Mae Worthen.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Superintendent Clifford Brown will officiate the service.
