Syvada Walley, 70, of Rosepine, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

Syvada loved to listen to her gospel records and read her bible.

Those left to cherish her memory are brothers, Paul Walley and Dot of Rosepine, LA, Luke Walley of Rosepine, LA and Don Walley of Alexandria, LA; sisters, Stella Williamson of Rosepine, LA, Ella Lee McMullen of DeRidder, LA, Ruth McKee of Bridge City, TX, Dot Price and Charles of Bridge City, TX and Minnie Pillsbury of Seattle, WA; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arling and Earnestine Walley; brothers, Ray Walley and Grover Walley; sister, Della Turner.

Visitation and funeral will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM till time of funeral service at 2:00 PM. Pastor Clyde Snider will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.
