Sharon Marie Brown

Sharon Marie Brown, 74, of DeQuincy, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, October 19, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Shawn Snyder and Scott of Boone, IA, Rae Russell & Will of DeQuincy, LA, Gerri Franks and fiance’, Danny Lott, Jr. of Merryville, LA; sons, Timmy Joe Brown & Shana of Collins, MS; brothers, Richard Wells and Kathy of Shreveport, LA and John “Chopper” Wells of Logansport, LA; sisters, Mary Whatley of Shreveport, LA, Michele Pinkston and Randy of Brusly, LA, and Hazel Bourgoyne and Jere of Seminary, MS; fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Serita Addington and H.A. and Mary Wells; brothers, James Addington, Jr. and Albert “Bubba” Wells.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Boxwood Church of Christ in Merryville, LA.  Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 24, 2019 also at Boxwood Church of Christ.  Brother Alvin Smith will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Tyler Lyons, Logan Lyons, Jacob Primeaux, Chris Russell, Cole Franks, Corey Bell.  Burial will follow at Bivens Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
