Roy VanBrook Carroll, 75, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Monday, June 21, 2021.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of fifty-five years, Sharon Carroll; sons, Raife Carroll and Carol of DeRidder, LA, Eric Carroll and Jeni of Merryville, LA; daughters, Deanna Carroll of Merryville, LA, Jill Storer and Johnny of Merryville, LA; brothers, Ben Carroll and Martha of Pasadena, TX, Milton Carroll and Jaimie of Summerville, SC; brother-in-law, Victor B. Martin and Cherry of DeRidder, LA; sister-in-law, Sherry Haftmann and Tom of Pitkin, LA; grandchildren, Ryan Harmon, Lauren Numbers and Mike, Colin Forsberg, Aedyn Carroll, Ethyn Carroll, Austin Ray, Dakota Carroll, Marisa Carroll, Van Carroll, Trinity Carroll, John Storer IV, Victor Storer, Kathleen Storer and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Joseph “T.J.” Carroll and Bernice Sexton Carroll; sisters, Barbara Strawn, Tommie Sue Tralka; daughter-in-law, Marcie Carroll.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
