Robert Lewis Jones, 61, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, January 13, 2024.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Hunter Jones of Dighton, KS; daughters, Constance Warden of Alexandria, LA, Stephanie Warden of Alexandria, LA, Haley Jones and fiancé Benjamin O’Connor of State College, PA; father, Bobby Jones and Kay of Austin, TX; mother, Joann Farris of Merryville, LA; step-father, Charles Farris of Merryville, LA; brothers, Chuck Farris and Shonda of Merryville, LA, Heath Farris and Cassandra of DeRidder, LA; sister, Tamara Buller and Dan of Waxahachie, TX; two grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Bessie Turner, Sybil Terrell; nephew, Jett Farris.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pastor  Bud Mitchell will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Cooper Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
