Robert Leon Lane

Robert Leon Lane, Sr, 45, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

Those left to cherish his memory are his, mother, Carol Venturella of DeRidder, LA; stepfather, Sam Venturella of DeRidder, LA; sons, Robert Leon Lane, Jr. and Cameron Bryce Lane, both of Rosepine, LA; brothers, Sam Venturella, III of El Paso, TX, Darlon Venturella and Darrell Venturella, both of DeRidder, LA; sisters,  Desiree Gros of Morgan City, LA; aunt, Ella Lyons of Church Point, LA; uncle, Tommy Turner of Alvin, TX; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Lane, brother, Damon Venturella, grandparents, Robert and Pearl Turner and uncle, Robert A. Turner.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Sunday, July 28, 2019 also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Chaplin Theron Watson will officiate the service.  Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
