Rita Faye Phillips

Rhonda June Day Willis, 51, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are spouse of 30 years, Chris Willis of DeRidder, LA; son, Kyle Willis and wife Lillie of Evans, LA; daughter, Amie Willis of DeRidder, LA; mother, Velva Day of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Ricky Dale Day and wife Susan of DeRidder, LA, and Marvin DeWayne Day and wife Mary of DeRidder, LA; sister, April Denise Day of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Carter and Magnolia Willis; and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Dale Day; sister, Deborah Humphrey.

Visitation and Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM.  Brother George Lee Glass will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Matt Frusha, Parker Owens, Kory Phillips, Justin Day, Fred Wisby and Bubba Wisby. Burial will follow at New Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine, LA
