Raymond Scott Nelson, 54, of Houston, TX, passed from this life on Sunday, October 8, 2017.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Ronald Keith and Marjorie Nelson of DeRidder, LA; spouse, Randa Fox of Houston, TX; brother, Roger Nelson and wife Mary of Denver, CO and sister-in-law, Vickie Nelson of Sugartown, LA. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Keith Nelson Jr.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 5-9 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 2 PM at Wesley United Methodist Church in DeRidder, LA. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
