Funeral Service will be held at First United Pentecostal Church in DeRidder, Louisiana on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 3:00 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Zale Lewis, Bro. Samuel Ashworth and Bro. Kevin Reeves. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in DeRidder, Louisiana.

Daughter Andrea Harper Booker and husband Wendell of Ripley, MS. Stepsons Craig Dycus of DeRidder, LA and Clint Dycus of DeRidder, LA. Sister Rose Ashworth and husband Samuel of Singer, LA and Pam Leonard and husband Wayne of DeRidder, LA. Grandchildren: Avery Paige Harper, Ava Grace Booker, Mason Cade Booker.
