Randell Scott

Randell Scott, 70, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, February 18, 2023.

Randell was a very giving man, who loved studying the bible and telling folks about his religion. He also enjoyed playing guitar, learning Spanish, and listening to African Folk Music. He is loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his spouse, Melanie Scott of DeRidder, LA; children, Christopher Scott of DeRidder, LA, Troy Scott of New Orleans, LA, Kristen Borel of Scott, LA; stepdaughter, Tiffany Harris of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Zachary Scott of DeRidder, LA, Arthur Scott of Kenner, LA; sisters, Mary Whitman of DeRidder, LA, Patricia Wallace of DeRidder, LA, Angie McNeely of Duson, LA, Dorsey Madison and Larry of Suffolk, VA; grandchildren, Cedric Borel, Jr., Alyssa Borel, Kyndall Scott, Kain Scott, Camryn Jackson, Carmyn Jackson, Camiyah Ross and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoy and Lela Scott.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Rosepine, LA.
