Pauline Spikes, 50, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Friday, May 29, 2015 at her home.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Reggie Lee Spikes; son, Jason Joyce of Sulphur, LA; daughter, Kimberly Joyce of Lake Charles, LA; brothers, Floyd Joyce of Beaumont, TX, twin brother, Paul Joyce of Lake Charles, LA, and Clifford Joyce, Sr. of DeQuincy, LA; sisters, Kathy Alexander of Beaumont, TX, and Veronica Joyce of DeQuincy, LA; grandchildren, Darrion Washington, Koreyon Washington, Kayleigh Joyce, Tamiya Joyce, Kaison Joyce and Javion Joyce; godchild, Keyshawn Bias; best friends, Cathy Ardoin, Renee Doyle, Dee Spikes and Shirley Childs.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Freda Tucker; mother-in-law, Lorine Spikes; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Murphey Brock Sr.; and stepfather, Adrian Tucker.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 5, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Funeral service is Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 11:00am at Friendship Baptist Church in Bancroft, LA.  Burial will follow at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft, LA.  Rev. Wilfert William will officiate.
