Paul Anthony Ashworth

Paul Anthony Ashworth, 52, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at his home.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Denise Tracy Ashworth; sons, Wardell Gary and wife Stacy, and William Gary and wife Elizabeth; daughters, Sparkle Webster and husband Kevin, and Brandee Duncan and husband Alton; goddaughter, Florence Dew; brothers, Glen Ashworth, Alvin Ashworth, Larry Ashworth and wife Patricia, Randy Ashworth and wife Celia, and Kerry Ashworth and wife LaVonda; sisters, Kathy Lewis and husband Edward, twin sister, Paula Fulford and husband Michael, and Vanessa Mazyck and husband William; brother-in-law, Tim Tate; sisters-in-law, Monjay Acquistapce, and Regina Davis; 19 grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, friends, and family.  He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Ashworth; and mother, Florine Williams Ashworth.

Visitation and Funeral service will be held Monday, August 17, 2015 at St. Mary Church of God in Christ in DeRidder.  Visitation will begin at 10:00am with funeral services beginning at 11:00am.  Elder Kerry Ashworth and Rev. Wilfert Williams will officiate.  Burial will follow at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft, LA.
