Patricia Ann Perkins Cardy, 56, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed from this life on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Merryville, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 beginning at 4:00 P.M. until time of service on Friday morning. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. Visitation and funeral will be held at  Fullerton Pentecostal Church. Rev. Ronnie Perkins and Rev. Johnny Glen will officiate. Interment will follow at Blue Bridge Cemetery in Pitkin, Louisiana.

Patricia was a native of Fullerton, LA  and was a 1974 graduate of Pitkin High School. She worked for Beauregard Medical Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend.
