Pastor Glenn Ray Foster, 71, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of forty-five years, Brenda Foster of DeRidder, LA; son, Glenn R. Foster of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Elder Charles Ray Foster and Regina of Bon Wier, TX, Deacon Donald Earl Foster and Mamie of Merryville, LA; sister-in-law, Ester “Penny” Foster of Bon Wier, TX; grandchildren, Malayjah Foster, Te’Bori Sanders; godchildren, Pre’Franz Hall, Noel Spikes, Paul Guillory, Tajhane’ Guillory and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Leana Foster; brothers, Jack Lamar Foster, Mervin Wayne Foster, Larry Lee Foster, Clarence Edward Foster; sisters, Lovie D. Ross, Patricia Ann McCain.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will continue Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM at United Christian Fellowship at 710 Rusk St., Newton, TX. Bishop Craig Brown, presiding Prelate & Chief Apostle, Christ Holy Sanctified Church(C.H.S.C), Los Angeles, CA,  will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be his nephews. Honorary Pallbearers will be Eld. Charles R. Foster, Dec. Donald Foster, Glenn R. Foster, Bishop M.C. Price and Bishops of the C.H.S.C.  Burial will follow at Belgrade Cemetery in Bon Wier, TX.
