Offie Fountain

Offie Fountain, 70, of Starks, LA passed from this life on Friday, December 14, 2012 at his home.  Offie was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Viet Nam.  He was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks and worked in the tug boat shipping industry.  He is survived by his brother, Gerald Fountain and wife Thelma of Starks, LA.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Carmel Fountain, sister, Joyce Wallace and brother, Hebert Fountain.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 17, 2012 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm at Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks, LA.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 2:00pm also at Calvary Apostolic Church.  Burial will follow at Fountain Cemetery in Starks, LA.  Rev. Jeremy Shields will officiate.
