Nona Mae Willis

Nona Mae Willis, 86, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, March 10, 2017.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Hardy Willis and Novalina of Opelousas, LA and Clifford Beasley and Evelyn of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Earlie Brazzle and Grant of DeRidder, LA; brother Frank Beasley and Catherine of DeRidder, LA; twenty grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren and three great-greatgrandchildren; devoted caregivers, Sharon Ollie and Romona Scott; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, five brothers, four sisters, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Norris Memorial Church of God in Christ in DeRidder, LA.  Pastor Murray Piper will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Derek Nelson, Korey Willis, Michael Willis, Kenneth Nelson, Dre Nelson and Winford Jones.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Hardy Willis, Clifford Beasley, Roy Davis, El Ray Beasley, Frank Beasley, Grant Brazzle, Robert Nelson and Hosie Jones, Jr.  Burial will follow at Newlin Cemetery in Singer, LA.

We would like to thank everyone for all their prayers and support.  She will truly be missed by all.
