Murphy Joseph Lapoint

Madden Blake Alford, 46, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

He was an avid LSU fan and was dedicated each time his team played.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Rhonda Mier of DeRidder, LA; fiancée, Candie Wiegand of DeRidder, LA; sister, Brandi Alford of DeRidder, LA; nieces, Kameron Skowronski, Khloe Meaut both of DeRidder, La and Harper Foster of Jasper, TX; nephew, Gage Foster of Jasper, TX, and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joy Parish and Allen Parish. Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Allen, Mike Allen, Jeff Collins, Darren Cain, Kurtis Kimsey, Johnny Sharp, Jr., Brent Morvant Mark Wiegand and Roger Wiegand.

Visitation and memorial service will be held Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 and continue until the time of service at 3:00 P.M.
