Mitchell Jordan Sr. 57, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, July 5, 2014.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Robin Jordan of DeRidder, LA.  Sons, Mitchell Jordan Jr. and wife Tonia of Merryville, LA,  Kendon Jordan and wife Chenita of Merryville, LA and Randall Williams and wife Crystal of Merryville, LA.  Daughters, Deshanna Jordan Holmes and husband James of San Augustine, TX,  Otisha Sanders and husband Tony of DeRidder,  LA;  Stepdaughters, Michelle Davis and husband Justin of DeRidder, LA and Brittany Miller of DeRidder, LA.

Brothers, Moses (Hump) Jordan and wife Nita of DeRidder,  LA and George (Moon) Freeman and wife Kim of DeRidder,  LA. Sisters, Ester Louise Williams of Clarksville, TN and Pamela (Denise) Jones and husband Fred of College Station, TX.  He had 21 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by: Father, Moses Jordan Sr., Mother, Louise Scott Jordan and Bertha Scott Williams.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until time of service  on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Antioch Baptist Church in Merryville, LA. Funeral services will be held at Antioch Baptist Church in Merryville, LA on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Merryville Cemetery, Merryville, LA.
