Mirinda Mae Wable Ernst, 78, of Deridder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, May 3, 2021.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of sixty-three years, Delbert Ernst of DeRidder, LA; son, Billy Ernst and Lisa of Singer, LA; daughter, Debbie Ernst Moore of Carthage, TX; brother, Melvin Rae Bailey and Terrell of Dry Creek, LA; grandchildren, Mitch Ernst of Bossier City, LA, Sarah Hicks and Clayton of Carthage, TX, Seth Moore and Amanda of Columbia, MD; great grandchildren, Gabby Thomason, Evan Hicks, Owen Hicks, Charlotte Hicks, Wyatt Moore and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Iva Jackson; grandson, Evan Moore.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Arlen Smith and Brother Hurshel Davis will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Mitch Ernst, Seth Moore, Clayton Hicks, Daniel Boitnott, Paul Boitnott, Tommy Moore. Burial will follow at John C. White of Providence Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.
