Melva Lene Hill Fish

Melva Lene Hill Fish, 86, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, December 29, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of fifty-three years, Elmer Fish; children, Ronnie Williams and Joann, Pam Calhoun and James, Sherry Northrup and Ricky, Jeannie Fish, David Fish; nineteen grandchildren; forty-nine great grandchildren; twenty great-great grandchildren; sisters, Erma Moore, Barbara McCasland and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Hill; sister, Sue Sales.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Brother Buddy Freeman will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jeff Fish, James Fish, Winston Fish, Terry Fish, Frutoso Robledo and Jimmy Galaviz. Burial will follow at Drakes Fork Cemetery in Cravens, LA.
