Melissa Renee Knox 21 of Merryville, LA passed from this life on Thursday, May 20, 2010 in Leesville, LA.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Rev. George Glass and Bro. Ray Highfield will officiate.

Melissa is survived by her mother: Raven Reeves and husband Shannon of Merryville, LA; father: Todd Knox of Benicia, CA; grandmothers: Jeanett Myers of Vacaville, CA, Jan Nothnagel of Vineland, NJ and Jenny Eldrige and husband Chuck of Leesville, LA; grandfather: Frances Myers of Vacaville, CA; brothers: Gabriel Knox of Merryville, LA, Elijah Knox of Merryville, LA and Caleb Knox of Merryville, LA; sister: ReAnna Knox of Merryville, LA; niece: Alisia Knox of Merryville, LA.
