Maylene Nalley

Maylene Savania Brister Nalley, born on May 2, 1962, in DeRidder, LA, passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 62. She was a beloved homemaker who found joy in reading and working on puzzle books. Maylene cherished precious moments with her grandchildren and family.

Maylene is survived by her loving husband of forty-two years, Kelly Nalley, Sr. of DeRidder, LA; son, Kelly Nalley, Jr. and Alana of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Windy Bergeron and Dylan of DeRidder, LA; brother, Brian Brister and Gidget of Pearland, TX; Patti Linville of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Jordan Keith Nalley, Jayleon Nalley, Paisley Nalley, Bryce Bergeron, Brayden Bergeron, Katlyn Bergeron and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Maylene was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Doris Brister; sister, Mary Jeanette Paul.

Maylene's warm spirit and love for her family will always be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.

A memorial to celebrate Maylene's life will be held at a later date, pending family arrangements.

Maylene's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
