Maxine Cooley Bailey, 66, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of forty-eight years, Micheal Bailey of DeRidder, LA; son, Heath Bailey of Merryville, LA; daughter, Selena Bailey of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Dean Cooley and Barbara of Vidor, TX, Steve Cooley and Ramona of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Deborah Gimnich and Sam of DeRidder, LA, Mary Clark and George of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Brandon Bailey, Makailya Bailey, Keirra Bailey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Ledia Cooley.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Turning Point Apostolic Church in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 26, 2022, also at Turning Point Apostolic Church. Brother Daniel Booth will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Sam Gimnich, III, Heath Bailey, Christopher Clark, George Clark, Jr. Dustin Clark, Steve Cooley, Jr. Honorary Pallbearer will be Cody Clark. Burial will follow at Whitaker Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
