Maxie Ray Willett Seaman

Maxie Rae Willett Seaman, 87, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, March 25, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Brenda Hardy and Norris of Beaumont, TX, Barbara Rutherford of Dry Creek, LA, Beverly Connor and Michael of Lake Charles, LA; sister, Lucille Smith of Fannett, TX; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bethel Renee Seaman; father, James Willett; mother, Bertie Willett; brothers, Fough Willett, O. A. Willett, Kenneth Willett; sisters, Marie Miller, Rebecca Langley.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service starting at 3:00 PM. Reverend Don Barrett will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Sugartown Cemetery in Sugartown, LA.
