Maria Victoria Morales

Maria Victoria Morales, 87, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, December 16, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Francisco “Frank” Antonio Morales and Neomi of DeRidder, LA;  brothers, Jesus “Chucho” Galvan and Margarita of Queretari, MX and Marcos Galvan and Rosa of Salvatierra, MX; sisters, Rosa Galvan and Luisa Galvan both of Salvatierra, MX;  grandchildren, Tony Morales and Vivian, Celina Bailey and Casey both, of DeRidder, LA; great grandchildren Myia Bailey and Victoria Morales; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio “Tony” Morales and daughter, baby girl Morales.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with Rosary being read at 6:00 PM, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 20, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeRidder, LA.  Father Jude Brunnert, M.S. will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Tony Morales, Bruce Austin, Ricky Brack, Casey Bailey, Bruce Austin, Jr. and Jesus Galvan.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
