Margaret Michelle Wellman

Margaret Michelle Couteter Wellman, 46, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, January 10, 2022.

Michelle lived life loud and full of glitter. She loved her family, especially her grandbabies, who lovingly called her “Nan”. She is loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Craig Fontenot of Sulphur, LA; son, Dustin Wellman of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Courtney Anderson and Dallas of DeRidder, LA; father, Roy Couteter of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Aubrie Hagan, Ryder Jones, Bransyn Rhynn Anderson and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lila Couteter.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be Monday, January 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Pastor Joe K. Wellman will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Craig Fontenot, Dustin Wellman, Dallas Anderson, Brody Jackson, Stephen Boyd, Devon Hebert. Honorary Pallbearer will be Ryder Jones. Burial will follow at Newlin Cemetery in Singer, LA.
