Lynda Amerson

Lynda Chrystine Amerson, 64, of Oberlin, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, November 2, 2013.  Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Scott Amerson of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Elizabeth Doss and husband David of Pasadena, TX and Alma Woodard and husband Jason of Vidor, TX; mother, Alma Marze of Oberlin, LA; brothers, Lynn Erwin and Brenda of Lufkin, TX, Daniel Erwin and wife Sheila of Mobile, AL, and Benjamin Erwin of Norfolk, VA; sisters, Doreen Sonnier and husband David of Ragley, LA, Littie Crumpler and husband Danny of Dry Creek, LA and Loma Eaves of Palo Alto, CA; grandchildren, Frankie Miller, Lyndsay Amerson, Colt Woodard, and Van Woodard.  He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Erwin and brother, Robert Erwin.

Visitation and funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation is from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.  Funeral service will begin at 7:00pm.  Rev. Charlie Bailey and Rev. John Gray will officiate.  Burial will be on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 10:00am at Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley, LA.
