Lydia Susan Amerson Gill

Lydia Susan Amerson Gill, 58, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 30 years, Jessie Lee Gill of DeRidder, LA; sons, Jessie Lee Gill, Jr. of Cottonwood, LA, Jerry Gill and Stephanie of Cottonwood, LA; daughter, Morgan Mitchell and Mark of Merryville, LA; daughter-in-law, Deanna Emmons of DeRidder, LA; brother, Phillip Amerson of Merryville, LA; grandchildren, Dustin, Kyle and Amanda, Emma, Nick, Kelsey, Mattie, Rylee; great grandchildren, Madison, Zayden; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Lawrence Amerson; mother, Ida Estelle Franks; brothers, Larry Amerson, and Paul Amerson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2019, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Bethel Grove UPC in Merryville, LA.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday December 27, 2019 at Bethel Grove UPC in Merryville, LA.  Brother Eric Davis will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Kyle Gill, Nick Mitchell, Rylee Gill, Dustin Gill, Tommy Hughes, Coy McDonald, Sherman Clark, and Bart Young.  Burial will follow at Merryville Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
