Lubbie McCurley 85 of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Friday, January 8, 2010. Visitation was held on Saturday January 9, 2010 at Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in DeRidder, LA. Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in DeRidder, LA at 2:00 PM. Officiating the service was Rev. Ed Tilley and Rev. Dan Booth.

Lubbie is survived by: Daughters: Martha Rhodes and husband Johnny of Leesville, LA, Barbara Faye Johnson of DeRidder, LA & Helen L. Jeffares of Pineville, LA. Grandchildren: Dennis Jeffares and wife Danielle of Dallas, TX, Linda Creel and husband Mike of Pineville, LA, Jimbo Wilson and wife Jessica of Rosepine, LA, Pete Wilson and wife Tammy of DeRidder, LA, Joey Wilson of Leesville, LA, Eric Johnson and wife Sandy of DeRidder, LA, Troy Blackmon and wife Tammy of Conroe, TX,& Melinda Walley and husbansd Ronnie of DeRidder, LA. 23 Great Grandchildren. 1 Great Great Grandson.

Preceded in Death by:  Husbands, Alfred Milton Orr, Bennie John McCurley and Jim West; two son-in-laws; Johnnie Ronald Jeffares and Lee L. Johnson. Seven brothers and five sisters.
