Louise Daley Reeves

On Sunday, January 13th, Lou, as was her custom, went to the Lord’s house, but this time it was her heavenly destination. She was 73. She will be forever remembered and missed by her husband Harmon; sons, Kevin (Suszanne), Craig (Retha), Tony, and Mike (Laurie); her grandchildren, Courtney (Ryan) Shaban, Andrew Reeves, Lakyn Jeane, Keri Reeves, Ryan Strother, Joshua (Megan) Strother, and Sabrina Reeves; great grandchildren, Rosie Shaban, Kira Shaban, Jackson Strother and Emery Strother; her brothers and sisters, Junior (Ella) Daley, Betty (Thomas) Brown, Alfred (Shirley) Daley, Bobby (Kathy) Daley, Diane Williams, Anne Farquhar, Faye Delcambre, Danny (Tammie) Daley, Sidney (Misty) Daley, Sue Whistine and Francis Presley. Also, a host of nephews, nieces, extended family and friends will share in her memory.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019, from 5-9 PM and her Home-going Memorial on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at 11 AM, with Reverends Jeff Phillips, Zale Lewis and Alfred Kennedy officiating. Pallbearers are Andrew Reeves, Ryan Strother, Joshua Strother, Byron Reeves, Barry Reeves, Richard Reeves, Eddie Ware and Mike Brown.  All services will be held at Shady Grove Pentecostal Church in DeRidder with interment to follow at Sugartown Cemetery.

The family request in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Louise can be made to Mother’s Memorial Missions Program via Shady Grove Pentecostal Church.
