Lorean Conner Jackson, 71, of Bon Wier, TX, passed from this life on Thursday, July 11, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Curtis Earl and Angela Jackson of Newton, TX, Timothy Terrell and Carrie Jackson of Spring, TX, and Derrick Lamar Jackson of Houston, TX; daughters, Betty Bell and Henry of Houston, TX, Brenda Douglas and Anthony of Houston, TX, Ida Mae Sweet and Greg of Bon Wier, TX, Lisa Mays and Joe of Jasper, TX, Sara Harris and Roderick of Godly, TX, Gwendolyn Jackson of Houston, TX, Miranda Kay Percy and John Paul of Buna, TX, LaWanda McGrew and Freddy of Houston, TX, Marquita Jackson of Houston, TX, Denekia Phillips and Amenn of Houston, TX, Alonia Samuel and Arthur of Old Field, TX; brothers, Clyde Douglas Conner of Bon Wier, TX and Wesley Conner and Mary of Merryville, LA; sisters, Mercie D. Crockett of Merryville, LA and Christine Brown and Weyman of Buna, TX; thirty-two grandchildren and one on the way, fifty-two great grandchildren and two on the way;  one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Jackson; grandchildren, Tywani’ Jackson, Marcus Jackson, and Lesley Mathis; parents, Earl and Ida Mae Conner; brothers, Henry Conner and J.W. Smith.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at United Christian Fellowship Church in Newton, TX.  Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Bishop Randy Forward will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Bobby Spikes, Benjamin Ashworth, Earl Hanks, Jerome Hanks, Keron Ashworth, Cordis Ashworth.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Wesley Conner, Max Clyde Price, Charles Ray Foster, Curtis E. Jackson, Timothy T. Jackson, Donald Foster, Loren Foster, Clyde D. Conner, Weyman Brown, Glenn Ray Foster, Derrick L. Jackson, and Henry Bell. Burial will follow at Belgrade Cemetery in Bon Wier, TX.
