Lonnie Allen, 64, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Mandrell Ashworth of Dallas, TX; brothers, Calvin Allen and James Flemones, both of Merryville, LA; sisters, Theresa Williams of Merryville, LA, Connie Allen of Beaumont, TX and Gwendolyn Flemones of Merryville, LA; six grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Flemones; father, Lonnie Allen; grandparents, Buddy Allen, Mary Allen, Harley Huddleston, and Judy Huddleston; brothers, Joe Flemones, Otis Allen, Melvin Flemones and Randy Flemones.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM at True Light Baptist Church in Merryville, LA.  Pastor John Dartez will officiate the service.
