Linda Marie Johnson

Linda Marie Johnson, 64, of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Monday, February 18, 2013 at her home. She was a great Moma and loving Nana and lived her life for her family and for the Lord. She will be missed but not forgotten. We love you Moma. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Justin Johnson and wife Attrice of Pitkin, LA and Jeremy Johnson and wife Angel of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Jone Johnson of Rosepine, LA and Jennifer Nolen and husband Shirlon of DeRidder, LA; brothers, L.C. Bailey of DeRidder, LA, Pete Bailey and wife Sarah of North Carolina and Jack Meaut and wife Kim of Beaumont, TX; sister, Sylvia Pelusi of Newnan, GA; grandchildren, Coby and Kimberly, Shea and Kaleigh, Aaron, Rachel and Rebecca, Anthony, Codi, Brandi, Alex, Alyssa and Olivia. She was preceeded in death by her husband, J.E. “Highpockets” Johnson; son, John Hardy Johnson, Jr., her parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister, 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA from 2:00pm until time of service on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Blue Branch Cemetery in Pitkin, LA. Bro. Donnis Ashworth will officiate.
