Larry Dean Collins

Larry Dean Collins, 59, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Monday, December 31, 2012 at his home.  Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joy Collins of Merryville, LA; sons, Greg Collins and wife Dana of Merryville, LA, Cory Collins and Brenda Stephens of DeRidder, LA and Zachary Collins of San Diego, California; daughter, Crystal Carlisle and husband Lance of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Sammy Collins of DeRidder, LA, Jim Collins of Arkansas, Gary Barbee of DeRidder, LA and Ricky Collins of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Joann Faciane of Slidell, LA, Barbara Farris of DeRidder, LA, Diane Johnson of Oklahoma and Brenda Lutton of Rosepine, LA and six grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Joy Collins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 2:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Bro. Jim Miers and Mike Burkes will officiate.
