Kelvin Dale Fowler, 60, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, September 20, 2018.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, DeWilla Fowler of DeRidder, LA; sons, Joseph L. Ford & Misty Renee of DeRidder, LA, Kenneth Fowler & Sharon of DeRidder, LA and Kelvin Lynn Fowler of Alexandria, LA; daughter, Alicia Day of Alexandria, LA; father, Jake Fowler of Jasper, TX; brother, Bobby Fowler of Sulphur, LA; sister, Darlene McManus of Sulphur, LA; grandchildren, Casey Danielle Day, Payton Paul Day, Dustin Day, Jayden Fowler and Makinly Fowler; great grandchildren, Mason Doyle and Brandon Doyle; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Francis Fowler and brother, Robert Fowler.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 12:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will also be Sunday, September 23, 2018 at 5:00 P.M., also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.  Brother Jeff Phillips will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Adam Goodwin, Rodney Fowler, Michael Butler, Scott Lindsey, Cory Lott and Richard Fowler.  Burial will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
