Karl Bernard St. Romain

Pastor, Gunnery Sergeant (Ret.) Karl Bernard St. Romain, 64, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, October 26, 2020.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of twenty-four years, Martha St. Romain of DeRidder, LA; sons, Karl St. Romain, Jr. and Andy of Dallas, TX, Lucas St. Romain of San Antonio, TX, Christopher St. Romain of Dallas, TX, Kevin Harris and Latrice of DeRidder, LA, Joseph Edwards and Christina of Houston, TX, Rodrick ward of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Miesha Kennerson and Kevin, Ashley Edwards, both of DeRidder, LA; mother, Mary St. Romain of DeRidder, LA; brothers, James St. Romain and Patrice of Bossier City, LA, Glenn St. Romain and Ann of Anchorage, AK, Stephen St. Romain of Anchorage, AK; sisters, Veronica Johnson and Billy, Delores Murray and Jerome, both of Bossier City, LA, Mary St. Romain, Marilyn Thomas, Llonia McNair and Bryan, all of DeRidder, LA, Evelyn Haynes of Baton Rouge, LA; twenty-eight grandchildren; one great grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence St. Romain.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM at First Pentecostal Church in DeRidder, LA. Brother David Ratliff will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Karl St. Romain, Joseph Edwards, Randall Branch, James St. Romain, Lucas St. Romain, Herman Francisco. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rodrick Ward, Kevin Harris, Christopher St. Romain, Glenn St. Romain, Stephen St. Romain, Doug Dyck, Chad Hebert, Mike Kibler, David Ratliff.  Burial will follow at Central Louisiana Veteran’s Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
