Karen Racz Sullivan, 51, of Jasper, AR, passed from this life on Friday, December 6, 2013 at her home. Karen attended Merryville High School where she played the flute and was one of their youngest majorettes. She loved the outdoors and animals and was an avid stained glass artist. Family was everything to her. She loved her husband and was his helpmate and caregiver. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Frank Sullivan of Jasper, AR; son, Danny Lott and wife Pamela of Merryville, LA; daughters, Brandie Schomer of San Antonio, TX, Jamie Lott of DeQuincy, LA, Erica Clayborn of Harrison, AR and Maggie Lee Sullivan of Arkadelphia, AR;; mother, Edna Lambert and husband Neal of Gulfport, MS; father, Frank Racz and wife Maywood of Lafayette, LA; sister, Kay Wilkerson and husband Jody of Gulfport, MS; grandchildren, Michael, Nathan, Sarah, Nikolai, Blaine, Briley and Shiloh; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Racz; and son-in-law, Jason Schomer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA from 2:00pm until 9:00pm and on Thursday, December 12, 2013 beginning at 10:00am until 7:00pm. A Memorial service will begin at 7:00pm, Thursday, December 12, 2013.
