J.W. Dick

On Sunday, September 15,2019, JW Dick, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 71.

JW was born May 11, 1948 in Rosepine, LA to James Floyd Dick and Oma Cangelosi-Dick. On June 6, 2006 he married Janice Gail Griffin.

JW was preceded in death by his father James, his mother Oma, brother, Willy Dick, and sister, Betty Rose Keel.

He is survived by his wife Janice; his sisters Roseanne Lunas, Sue Cooper, and Opal Hickman; daughter, Tesha Tweedy, her husband, Justin and their children, Laken, Raygen, and Cambree,; stepson Ronnie Daniels, his wife Amy, and their children, Chelsi, Brittany, Christian, Reagan, Gunnar, Gracie, and Abby; stepdaughter, Barbara Hyatt, her husband Chris, and their children, Levin, Drew, Renni, and Piper, stepdaughter, Crystal Reynolds, her husband Danny, and their children, Kailea, Destiny, Trinity, and Ava, stepdaughter, Tiffany Vasquez, her husband, Marcus, and their children, Camden, Olivia, and Ella, one great grandson Jaxton, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday September 18, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at  Myers Colonial Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on September 18, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pallbearers will be Eddie Keel, Donnie Hickman, Darrell Hickman, Danny Reynolds, Marcus Vasquez, and Levin Beard. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Beauregard Federal Savings Bank.
