Justin Cade Kern-Dollar, 39, of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Dr. John E. and Janet B. Dollar of Natchitoches, LA; sister, Laura Dollar Crawford and John of Hot Springs, AR; nieces, Sophia and Audrey; grandmother, Micky Bailey of DeRidder, LA; cousins, Jacob and Ashley Jones of DeRidder, LA (Madison and Cheyenne), Sarah and Brandon Smith of DeRidder, LA (Brayden, Bryce, Kinsley, Kinton, Tori); aunts and uncles, James W. Dollar and family, Ted and Cindy Dollar and family, Louise and Jeff Cronk and family, Chris and Kori Dollar and family, Joanie and Mark George and family, Jimmy and Beth Kern and family, Jerry and Kaye Kern and family, Ronnie and Nanette Kern and family; and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeffery Kern; grandparents, Sammy D. Bailey, M.T. and Alma Dale Kern; J.W. and Mary B. Dollar; aunts and uncles, Renee B. Welch, Carl G. and Joan S. Smith.

A private graveside service will be held. Brother Mason Bartlett will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Justin’s name to the Beauregard Parish Animal Shelter.
