June Dockrey

June Dockrey, 85, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, October 19, 2020.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard Rodriguez of DeRidder, LA, Floyd Rodriguez and Delores of DeRidder, LA, Grady Dockery and Stephanie of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Carolyn Yancey of Leesville, LA, Doris Goins of Leesville, LA, Patricia Dockrey of DeRidder, LA, Mary Vander of KY; sister, LuLu Durbin of Slidell, LA; twenty-six grandchildren, fifty-eight great grandchildren; fourteen great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Dockrey; son, Paul Dockrey, Jr.; daughter, Linda Dockrey; grandchildren, Melissa June Broxson, Miranda Chaney; great grandchildren, Shooter Pickett, Memphis McFatter, Bo Eric Coram; parents, Louis and Zelemer Bebee; brothers, Charles Bebee, Louis Bebee; sister, Barbara Hardin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in Deridder, LA. Visitation will continue Friday, October 23, 2020 at 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother John Gray will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Chris Yancey, Marcus Broxson, Andrew Rodriguez, Willis Rodriguez, Aaron Amos and Grady Dockery, Jr. Burial will follow at Rosepine Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.
