John White, Sr.

John Wayne White, Sr., 57, of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in Lake Charles, LA.  Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, John White, Jr. and wife Misty of Lucedale, MS and Roy Clinton White of St. Charles, MO; daughter, Amanda Willis of Oberlin, LA; brothers, Raymond White and wife Jan of DeRidder, LA, Ricky Whittington, Sr. and wife Darla of Rosepine, LA and Herbert Whittington and wife Gwen of Rosepine, LA; sisters, Glenda Cantrell and husband Bernell, Brenda DeSantis and Gayla Vaga all of Rosepine, LA; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 2:00pm until 9:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be Friday, May 10, 2013 at 2:00pm, also at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Burial will follow at Whitaker Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  John White, Jr. and Dalton Isbell will officiate.
