James Howard Tucker

September 22, 1931 - March 27, 2015

James Howard Tucker, 83 of Bivens, LA, passed from this life on Friday, March 27, 2015.

He is survived by his sons, Ricky Tucker, Doug Tucker, and David Tucker,  daughter, Debbie Pool and husband Jack; grandchildren, Eric Tucker and wife Tina, Nicole Tucker, Tessa Gungor and husband Tunc, Ryan Tucker, Aimee Puryear and husband Bryan, Cody Tucker, Cheyenne Williams and husband Robby; great grandchildren, Reagan, Lucas, Jordan, Madison, Caroline, Bryson, Remi, and Caroline T; brother, Thomas Tucker; sisters, Shirley Erwin, Tina Crouch, Carolyn Lyons, Sue Nipper and Johnnie Ainsworth.

Mr. Tucker was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Minnie Ola Lognion; wife, Freddie Franks Tucker; son, James Howard Tucker, Jr.; brothers, Bobby, John L., and Glenn Tucker; sister, Dee Mobbs.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. Services will be held Monday, March 30, 2015 at 2:00pm all at Boxwood Church of Christ, Bivens, LA.  Bro. Ray Hyatt will officiate. Burial will follow at Bivens Cemetery in Bivens, LA.
